Internship seekers and providers both have to register in the portal Internship seekers have to fill up the form specifying their educational background, discipline, skill set, projects, location/section, duration, time (winter summer etc) in which they are interested in doing their internship Internship seekers should also specify whether they are interested in working on a project in a company or interested in working and acquiring general skills.
Internship providers shall publish their internships specifying the requirements with respect to particular discipline, skill set, location/section, duration, time (winter summer etc). Technical skill and soft skills of the candidates are evaluated by admin Section. In case of any gap in skill set candidates are suggested / connected for training and skill enhancement program at local level through all Section The software matches the requirements of internship seekers and providers. We connect both internship seekers and providers with number of options available to each in terms of companies and candidates provided there is entry by section and enough internships are available.
